As a first time user I found that friendly, well trained staff was available for all the services that I had to travel from one location to another to obtain before finding ROCA

The cut and pedicure I've had from here were both underwhelming. The real problem is the owner's nasty disposition. Do not spend money here unless you want to be disappointed.
