I was very pleased with the customer service that I got on the phone and in person. The people that came out to do the job where clean and friendly, leaving no trace of the work but a job well done.
They went out of their way to explain certain things to me about the repair, and they have always given me excellent service.
Our Circuit Board went out in our furnace. The part was $100 on line. We were charged $570. The service man wasn't even here 40 minutes. Felt like we were totally ripped off.
